As a pastor, nonprofit leader, speaker, author, and mentor, Tony Rorie has spent decades helping people discover what it truly means to live with honor, purpose, and character. Through his leadership and mentorship, he has guided thousands of men and women—young and old alike—toward becoming champions not through self-promotion, but through integrity, compassion, discipline, and calling.
Together with his wife, Melissa Rorie, Tony co-leads Honor Church and leads the Men and Ladies of Honor programs, helping equip and mentor at-risk youth and families to build lives rooted in faith, leadership, responsibility, and honor. Their shared passion is helping people encounter hope, healing, and lasting transformation through faith.

Melissa Rorie has devoted her life to helping young people discover their worth, purpose, and identity through lives marked by honor, compassion, and faith. Alongside her husband, Tony Rorie, she has faithfully served through Men and Ladies of Honor, mentoring at-risk teens and empowering the next generation to rise above adversity and walk in character and confidence.
Melissa also co-pastors Honor Church and now serves as a co-leader of Champions of Honor alongside Tony and Nick Vujicic. Her heart for people, authentic leadership, and passion for restoration continue to inspire families, students, and communities to live lives rooted in hope and honor.
Champions of Honor
Champions of Honor was born from a shared vision between Nick V Ministries and the lifelong work of Tony Rorie and Melissa Rorie through Honor Ministries, Men and Ladies of Honor, and Honor Church. Combining Nick Vujicic’s global “Champions” message of courage and overcoming adversity with the Rories’ passion for teaching honor, leadership, compassion, and character, Champions of Honor was created to help raise up a new generation of confident, faith-filled leaders equipped to impact their schools, families, and communities with purpose and integrity.
